CANCELLATION POLICY BY THE CLIENT
If you must cancel your reservation, we apply the following scale of charges:
Up to 30 days prior to the date of entry: 10% of the total reservation.
Between 29 and 7 days before: 50% of the total.
With less than 7 days in advance: 100% of the total.
Please note that if you decide to leave the services before the end of your stay, we will not make refunds.
ADDITIONAL PAYMENTS: CASH UPON ARRIVAL
ADJUSTMENTS MADE BY BEST HOLIDAY APARTMENTS CALPE
If, due to unexpected circumstances beyond our control, the booked accommodation is not available, we will offer you an alternative option of equal or better quality, without either party being entitled to additional compensation.

We also wish to remind you that you have the right to access, correct, cancel or oppose this treatment, and for this, you can directly contact Best Holiday Apartments Calpe, who is responsible for the handling of this information.
